Records Management (RMA)
Records management is the accurate recording of events in an organization. The records management functionality enables CORSA to make information flows transparent. Follow-up actions, such as filing obligation and relationship management, play an important role. Therefore, the records management application of CORSA is a system that allows the recording of documents and files (physical and digital) in accordance with a fixed development plan. Records management within CORSA consists of comprehensive functionality that can be used flexibly. This will naturally take into account the way of working of your organization and its associated information flow.
Records management has a two-fold objective:
- Commitment of formal communications and events (Letter, e-mail, conversations, etc.);
- Tracking and tracing (history) of all transactions under these communications and events.
Records management provides such clarity, certainty, structure, order and completeness, with the ultimate goal: transparency of information and data. A records management application therefore has to ensure that an organization is able to provide its employees with access to the needed information. However, it only provides employees with information for which the person is authorized.
