BCT’s aim is to provide that information and tools to both customers and partners needed to quickly resolve occurring incidents. Through close cooperation with, both customer and partner, BCT is able to ensure that organisations receive the support needed to effectively manage their business processes.

For enquiries about our software partners and customers can contact the BCT Service Desk. The service desk has an experienced, knowledgeable team of professionals which ensure you will get the support needed to efficiently manage your business processes. Depending on the maintenance and support contract, customers  can contact the service desk the following hours:

  • Plus contracts: from 08h00 till 17h30
  • Basic contracts: from 08h30 till 17h00

Service Desk Online
Customers with a maintenance and support contract ‘Plus’ have access to an Internet Portal, set up by the Technical support staff and the Service Desk.  Here, you will find all editions of BCT ServiceNews, download Functional Release Notes and get insight in the Service Desk’s FAQs.
