Belgian municipality Puurs chooses CORSA
Belgian municipality Puurs, centrally situated in the region "Klein-Brabant" Belgium, has more than 16.000 inhabitants and is the base for many companies in the farmaceutical and food sector. Together with the CPAS (OCMW), the municipality started a comprehensive project to optimize the document and information flows, both internally as well as towards citizens and companies.
CORSA was chosen after an extensive tender procedure. In the first phase, CORSA will ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is handled electronically and made available centrally for staff who have the autorisation rights. Afterwards, several processes such as handling complaints, notifications, and incoming invoices will be automated in detail by using the CORSA Workflow module.
The is only the basis of a much bigger picture. In 2012, the information will also be available to citizens. They will use their electronic ID to log onto the website of Puurs to consult all their requests and messages in an electronic and secure way.
Collaboration with CORSA partner Infomat
BCT's partner Infomat (BE) will ensure the implementation of CORSA at Puurs. Infomat has built an extensive knowledge and expertise around the platform CORSA and implemented CORSA successfully with both non-profit and profit organizations.
