Certifications

BCT is an ISO 9001 certified organization. Besides that, our CORSA software is NEN 2082 certified. With these certifications, we want to guarantee our customers and partners that both our software and our organization meet the international standards and practices.

NEN 2082

The NEN 2082 standard is based on both ReMANO 2004 specifications and the Core Model of the inter-ministerial cooperation for the renewal of InterLAB. Besides these standards, the NEN-ISO 15489 has also been taken into account when drafting the new standard. NEN 2082 focuses on functionality for Record Management in applications that support primary business processes or standalone Record Management applications. 

ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001 focuses on customer satisfaction and the quality and continuous improvement resulting from that.  With the ISO 9001:2008 certification BCT wants to stress that the company is a reliable partner for domestic and foreign operators which could be of high added value in the field of enterprise content management.

As one of the first Microsoft partners in the Netherlands, BCT received the Azure certification for its product line Sha-Peau. The Powered by Windows Azure certification means that Sha-Peau meets the strict requirements set forth by Microsoft, including key functionality and performance requirements. With Sha-Peau Powered by Windows Azure BCT offers its solutions in a secure and easy to use cloud environment.
