IDT ScanSuite

In addition to processing incoming document flows on a central location in the organization IDT Capture now offers the possibility of decentralized capturing by the introduction of the IDT ScanSuite. Scanning and indexing of paper documents directly takes place at the point of entry instead of a centralized capturing environment.

The IDT ScanClient software is the most flexible capture solution that enables you  to scan paper documents, add metadata and send them automatically into the appropriate business process. The end user is able to scan documents directly from his/her workplace and initiate or contribute to the business process driven by those documents. This way the documents get into the appropriate business workflow as fast as possible. The IDT ScanClient is independent of any DMS, ECM, BPM or ERP system and offers extensive IDR possibilities with IDT Capture software as add-on.

The IDT ScanClient guarantees a unique user experience. It enables you to process your business documents fast and easy. Efficiency and job satisfaction will increase. In addition, the intuitive interface requires minimal user training and you can adapt the user interface to your own style. Installation of the IDT ScanClient is possible on both the Kodak Scan Station 500 as on every PC with Windows and associated scanner.

Centrally and easy to administer

All scanners are installed and managed  from only one central location. Local management of each individual scanner is no longer applicable. It is also possible to deliver remote support to any Kodak ScanStation or scanstation through a web based interface.
